Hair Photo-A-Day...

I was checking out Chantelle's blog (Fat Mum Slim) today and I noticed that she had a Hair Photo-A-Day list up. Apparently she was approached by Pantene to do a Hair Photo-A-Day list in honor and leading up to National Donate Your Hair Day April 27th.

Here is the exact information from Fat Mum Slim:

Starting on March 29th worldwide, Pantene would love for you to take a photo using the daily prompt as inspiration and share on whichever platform you like {Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, your blog, Tumblr, Pinterest etc} and use the hashtag #HairPhotoaday. This is a little different to the photo a day lists that I've created in that the date of the month won't coincide with the list number. You'll just start taking photos and follow the list.

Birchbox: March 2012...

My March Birchbox came in today and here it is...

I was happy that this Birchbox had better samples then the past two months because I really didn't care for the contents of my last two boxes. I was super excited to see the essie® nail polish because I almost bought it about a week ago -- Thankfully I didn't!

Also I was glad to get the fresh Sugar Rosé Tinted Lip Treatment because I missed getting it from Sephora as my birthday present and I've wanted to try it.

After I try everything I'll let you know how I feel about them.

My February Birchbox came in over the weekend and here it is...

Okay, this is most definitely my least favorite box that I've received since I started getting Birchboxes in October. The only thing that I was happy about was the heart shaped emery board, but I needed another emery board like I need a hole in the head. Despite not really caring for the content of this box and the January box I'm not giving up on Birchbox just yet.

FYI - Lenni got the same exact contents in her box.

Rant: Disheveled Librarian Makeup...

I was watching Face Off (2011-Present) on Syfy last night and they had a Foundation Challenge to make models into plain Janes. One of the contestants, Rayce Bird, made his model into a "Disheveled Librarian" and it pissed me off. Why must people perpetuate librarian stereotypes?! Either we're sexy or the ugliest things you've ever seen. Please stop stereotyping us. Thanks.
